MIGO is an integrated car sharing system for companies and their employees based on a fleet of fully autonomous vehicles. It seamlessly integrates into users’ environments, from the apartments of today to the smart homes of tomorrow, and it contributes to getting them to work in the best physical, mental and emotional conditions possible.
Designed for the ritual of commuting in a close-future scenario, the MIGO system takes into consideration the latest market and socio-cultural trends and it stands as a concrete vision for the future of transportation.
The project has been developed during the Final Design Studio of the MSc Digital and Interaction Design course at Politecnico di Milano. We studied in detail the interaction and experience design of the system as well as its technical and ethical feasibility.
